Two numbers, two different jobs
Pocket Sun shows spendable sparks on the left and lifetime sparks earned toward the 1,000-spark goal on the right. Your bank pays for upgrades. Buying an upgrade reduces the bank but does not subtract from the lifetime total. You do not need to hold 1,000 unspent sparks to finish the first solar season. That distinction makes upgrades useful rather than a detour.
Make your first taps count
Tap or click the sun to collect sparks. Keyboard players can focus the sun button with Tab and activate it with Enter. Brighter taps starts at 15 sparks and increases the sparks earned per tap by one. Its price rises after each purchase, so read the button before spending. An unavailable upgrade is disabled until your bank can afford it; tapping a disabled button will not make the purchase happen.
When to buy Auto glow
The first Auto glow purchase costs 50 sparks and adds one spark per second while the game is open and the page is visible. Later automatic upgrades become more expensive. Manual taps and automatic income both increase the lifetime total. If you are actively tapping, brighter clicks can make the next purchase arrive sooner. If you prefer a slower session, an automatic upgrade lets the sun grow while you watch. There is no need to claim a universal fastest upgrade order: it depends on how often you tap.
Finish and return safely
At 1,000 total sparks, the game announces that the solar season is complete. You can continue growing or use Restart for a fresh sun. Progress is stored in the current browser after actions; it does not transfer to another device. Automatic income is not an offline-income system: leaving the page or hiding the browser does not award hours of extra sparks. Before clearing browser data, remember that your stored run will be removed.
Common questions
Why did the total stay high after a purchase? It measures earnings, not your balance. Why is Auto glow not working in another tab? Its ticks stop while this page is hidden. Can I win without upgrades? The goal is an earned total, so manual taps can reach it; upgrades simply change how sparks arrive. There are no hidden cheat codes or paid boosts in this original game.
